This Terms of Use applies for the use the AceKids app (the “Service”) provided by AceKids.me Pte Ltd (the “Company”). The Service is provided as-is basis and to be used at your sole risk.

By downloading or using the Service, you automatically agree to the terms herein and the Company’s Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the foregoing, you may not use the Service and must immediately uninstall copies of the Service in your possession.

 

Use of the Service

In using the Service, you agree not to:

1. Provide false, inaccurate and misleading information;

2. Use the Service to facilitate any illegal or immoral activities;

3. Copy, modify, reverse engineer or reconstruct any part of the Service in any way; and

4. Infringe any intellectual property right, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, patents and confidential information of the Company. 

 

Warranties and Disclaimer

1. The Service is provided as-is basis and to be used at your sole risk. The Company makes no representation, undertaking or warranty whatsoever, express or implied, regarding the Service.

2. The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service, at any time and for whatsoever reason.

3. The Company will not charge you for the Service without your consent.

 

Indemnities

You agree to indemnify and hold the Company, and its affiliates, officers and agents, harmless from any claim or demand, including but not limited to legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Service.

The Service itself, including but not limited to trademarks, patents, source codes, contents and confidential information in relation to the Service belongs to the Company.

The Company shall not be responsible or liable for any loss of use of the Service due to services provided by any third party, including but not limited to:

1. Internet connectivity;

2. Device operating system; and

3. Any charges resulting from such third parties.

The Company may update this Terms of Use from time to time. You are advised to review this Terms of Use periodically for any changes and updates.
